    5 Star seller, 0 star USPS. This is a complicated story. My package, sent through usps was horribly damaged. Without going into specifics, it arrived unusable, but less than 10 minutes after letting the seller know I was offered a full refund! The seller kept things respectful and polite. He understood that this was an unfortunate situation for both of us and didn’t even bother asking me to return the item. I will definitely be returning to this shop. My thoughts on usps haven’t changed.
