    I've been a long-time buyer On EBAY this is the first time ran into an issue. All I wanted was a new seat. The Chair was out of the box 10ish days. Offered me 20 % off said don't have the red in stock asked for a different color they said they don't do it that way. (Photo of the chair 10 days after opened )

    This is a wear and tear issue also the buyer is overweight and his back sides rub those areas and this why is caused this. I have the same chair and had it for 3 years without this issue. My recommendation is if you weigh over 200 this is going to happen because of all the rubbing. We offered the buyer a free return even thought it was used or a partial refund but the buyer is unreasonable.
