It seems a strong adhesive, so hopefully the smoke alarms will remain in place. Had a bit of a problem removing the red backing paper from the adhesive discs, but once peeled off, all was well.

I hpe to buy more of this item in the future, but in a larger size. I need them large enough to put up lights in my hallway. ( Since I had a fire door fitted, the hallway is now pitch black when all the doors are shut). Very good delivery time.
