I have had one of these before, but unfortunately it started to leak after 3 years, when i bought the original one it did not come with a extended guarantee as the new one does. When you get the heater everything is in Polish including the guarantee and instructions which is a little off-putting but you do get good English instructions inside the box. Fairly easy to plumb in and will fit in virtually any position, if you use proper pipe clips fairly close to the heater there is no need to support the actual heater as it weighs very little. the electrics are easy enough, but do make sure use a double pole switched outlet NOT a fused or plug in socket. There are several Kw heaters, I have a 4.5Kw, the water gets hot enough to wash your hands and rinse things but don't expect it to get very hot water, it won't happen. Ideal for a sink that is a long way from your heat source as they are very quick to get up to temp, I was very happy with the previous one except of course the leak but they are compact and a good price.Read full review

Easy to install, although I don't agree with making plastic thread connections for mains pressure supply, it is to easily damaged. Apart from that, simple little water heater for providing hot water to wash your hands in toilet, but would not promote this size if situation requires larger volumes of hot water
