All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. 3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times.  All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated).  International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 7 days (UK) and 14 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.

4 piece car trim removal kit.

I've been in the motor trade for more than 22 years and have used this trim removal kit to remove a focus instrument cluster that's faulty. It's very easy to damage or break car trims at the cost to the garage, so it's important to have the correct tools. Although retired for many years now, I still like doing my own repairs. This tool kit is highly recommended by myself. 5*****+

Did the job

Value for money. Arrived in good time and did the job it was intended for. But I would upgrade to a better quality item time. The tool worked perfectly well. Although the plastic end has chipped a little and is now rough after just one use.

Good quality; does the trick perfectly

Used this kit to fit a cabin filter to my wife's car and didn't want to mark the trim. Worked perfectly, different size tools for different areas I've also used it to re-clip a door mirror housing when some chump clattered it. Did the trick and went back together without a mark. Screwdrivers would have done some damage. A real handy addition to my toolbox

Light weight but strong.

4 Pieces of differing size and angle to give access to most fixing points. The plastic construction does not cause marking to the trims being removed or adjacent fixed panels. I found them strong and easy to use. They were instrumental in me being able to remove VW Passat dashboard trim to enable a necessary repair. At £3.99 they proved to be a bargain as the VW costing to do the dash repair was astronomical !!! Fully recommended. Could save you many many pounds.

Works well

When I got these I wondered if they would be any good but have found them really useful and effective. If I was working with them every day they would probably wear out quickly. But for the occasional fettler they are perfect, and why would I want to buy an expensive kit to leave in a drawer for 364 days of the year.
