Black silicone in a small tube with a lot of uses - bought to repair a tear in my car's side window rubber seal. The gap was about 4mm and this gloop applied in 3 stages has bridged the gap and sealed the holes very effectively. Apply and wipe with a plastic stick or moist finger (as per bathroom silicone) and it works well. I had to cure it quickly with a small hair dryer as it was a bit too cold outside for it to happen naturally and I had to be able to close the door pdq! The silicone is thinner perhaps than the bathroom variety but it is at least black to match car parts. Difficult to use, but effective
I purchased this to replace the aerial seal on my car. I thought it would go on like bathroom sealant, but it doesn't go on as smoothly, as soon as you touch it it sticks to you. I just found it very difficult to get it looking nice. For any internal use, I'm sure it would be fine, as definitely is waterproof.

This handy size sealer comes with a nozzle you can trim to the size of bead to be laid down. It's nicely packaged from a trusted name that I've known from my early years in the motor accessories industry. If I had one criticism it'd have to be that the metal the tube is made from is perhaps a little thin and so prone to seepage if subjected to repeated use or "rolling up'. However this is a very minor issue and will probably not occur during most applications.This handy size sealer comes with a nozzle you can trim to the size of bead to be laid down.
