    My advice to JB WELD would be to take their name off of this product as it is nothing like their original weld. Both sides of the epoxy are clear so it is very hard to find the correct 1:1 mix. Best to use just before it hardens as a thick paste otherwise it is like working with heavy water. Also watch out for one side of the epoxy to explode out of the tube when the cap is removed further complicating things. This review is not on the FIVE STAR Seller but of the product.

    Best Plastic Epoxy I've Tried To Date

    I needed to repair a couple of plastic retainers for the drawer guides inside of an old dresser; the plastic retainers broke apart (probably from someone leaning on the drawers and/or too heavy a load inside of them) leaving the wooden guide flopping around and the drawer sagging when pulled out. Replacement retainers seem to be out of production, and other epoxies I've used in the past on plastic really didn't seem to hold well, so I was a bit skeptical that this one would hold well enough to repair the drawer guide retainers. But I followed the instructions for application -- the syringe made dispensing the proper ratios easy -- and the drawer guide retainers now seem strong as new! I then gave the stuff a try on a piece that had broken away from the plastic shroud on the roll-up ...

    "Excellent product"

    Follow the instructions for use properly by wiping the surfaces thoroughly. If the surfaces are smooth, see if it is possible to sanding smoothly or making some grooves. Very important: Mix the two parts vigorously "kneading" against each other, otherwise the adhesive will be elastic and without the characteristics specified by the manufacturer. After the packaging is used, clogging may occur after some time without use. If this occurs, do not force the plungers, just use some pointed object to break the dried film from the tip of the syringe.
