A bit thin but fine.
This peel is made out of plywood and feels a bit flimsy to me, but it works fine and is up to the job. I felt like it was a bit expensive for what I got; the last peel I bought was solid wood with a comfortable, rounded handle and cost about half as much, but I didn't have time to shop around. It's not fancy but it's suited for purpose.

the size and shape is as described,but it is simply a piece of plywood which you could not immerse in water for any length of time and is not of the manufacturer shown in the photographs,but it is half the price of the proper thing,so take your pick.

This does the job, but the quality is disappointing. Could have been finished better and made from nicer wood. Seems a bit over priced for what it is. Don't expect it to last long and wouldn't buy another.
