Miss Piggy's Guide To Life, By Miss Piggy, as told to Peter Beard. This book is just silly! It's great fun. Here is an excerpt, taken from Miss Piggy's chapter on "Finance" where she discusses paying taxes. "Each year you are buying a few things that you didn't think you were buying, like a couple of shrubs for the White House, or a new desk for the Secretary of Big Boats. They send you a bill for it due April 15, and if you are not prepared for it, that can ruin your fun, just when the weather is getting warm. They never tell you exactly what it is that you are spending the money for, which I think is both unfair and not very smart. After all, if they said that what they needed was twenty pairs of socks for the marines, I know I could pick out something much nicer than what they are going to end up getting, or if what they wanted was some paint for a Post Office, I certainly wouldn't choose that vile yellow." Any fan of the Muppets is sure to enjoy this! The book is, of course, dedicated to Kermit the Frog. "My life, my love, my frog", as she puts it. Isn't that sweet? :) The book is hardcover with dust jacket. It is dated 1981. There are lots of fabulous photographs in both color and black white, mostly of Miss Piggy at her cutest. (A few feature Kermit, too.) I literally laughed out loud at this book; it is quite amusing. I highly recommend it to other muppet lovers!Read full review

This is a funny and down to earth book. Things should be like this, because Piggy thinks so, and that is good enough for any one! She gives tips from decorating your house to dressing to taxes. She covers it all... and it will bring a smile to your face!
