Good quality natural oil for skincare.
Good quality pure coconut oil for skincare. It was recommended to me a couple of years ago and it worked very well to help with the dry skalp. It is solid, so needs to be warmed up in a little jar. Put the closed jar in a hot water pot, the warm oil will get liquid in a couple of minutes. It's good to massage it in and keep it on the hair overnight. Protect your pillow and wash your hair off using a mild shampoo, after a couple of applications the skin will be soft and clear. I keep using the oil from time to time, it works well for me.
