This hoody was very damaged and I had an order to print (with customers logo) once I shipped it out customer sent me a message saying stitching is undone. It already had the logo printed. The seller keeps asking me to send the damaged item however it’s been personalised - I had to order a hoody on a express service so was out by about £30 in total- seller hasn’t resolved the situation and it’s been 2 weeks of back and forth on msg. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this situation is bad

This looks like the person who sewn this had their eyes shut!! Returning for a refund, if they ever get back to me with their genuine business address. I originally bought a different colour one in a size 18 and loved it. So decided to purchase 2 more but 22/24 was the only size available... They are all the same size so, beware if you're bigger than an 18... It won't be flattering.
