Unfortunately the pepper doesn’t taste or smell like gochugaru I have bought previously. It’s arrived promptly and doesn’t make good kimchi! It’s so mild. I used two cup fulls for 1 litre jar and it’s still not remotely hot. The second photo gochuaru was lovely. I only used two dessert spoonfuls and it was hot.
