Iron sulphate
This is a dry powder form of iron sulphate it mixes well in cold water and I applied it via a watering can. Moss turns black overnight and dies the grass then goes a deeper green. It’s reported it stops worm casts but not noticed this. Start off on a weaker mixture and increase until you get the results you want.

Sulphate of iron
Have used this (other brands) for many years as an affordable & effective moss treatment. This item has a much finer texture than most others, thus dissolves very much more easily & does not clog sprayer jets. Therefore more pleasant to use.

worked well turning the moss black and greening up the lawn also. I found a good table spoon in 9 ltr watering can was a good dose for my use, but suggest experiment with low dosage first to see that you get desired results. the 5kg tub will last me a while to.

good product,works well,cheap as chips.

Great way to kill moss while helping grass.
I bought this, followed the instructions and it is working a treat. The first application was done with a diluted mix of 600 grams of the iron sulphate and water, applied with a sprayer. It rained shortly afterwards and the moss has gone brown whilst the grass is growing well. One more application this week and it should be perfect. I have treated a grass tennis court as moss ruins the bounce and this product is a life saver. Thank you. TomI bought this, followed the instructions and it is working a treat.
