As seen in the picture you sent me, someone at the post office unfortunately opened your package, stole/removed the item, & delivered an opened box to you without the item. As a seller I cannot prevent this. The Post Office did say either of us can file a claim for your missing item. But whoever files the claim needs to have the original mailing label and package as proof. If you locate and return the original shipping box & label, I would be happy to file the claim with USPS. Thank you.
