item description and specifics are a disgrace. "max length of pole =3.35m " We wanted the additional length compared to other trimmers BUT In reality 2.4m delivered.
Two separate emails sent as "Contact seller" setting out this complaint were met with out of office type replies saying they would respond as soon as they back. No reply received presumably they cannot justify this misleading sales info and we note the marketing continues unaltered.
