    tv was broken

    I order this tv . I was to get out of hospital with in 5 days. my kidney failed and I ended up in the hospital for about 35 day. when I was able to have the tv got out of the box. it was over there 25 days. I talk to 2 people. then every time I called never got to talk to anyone just ask to leave a voice message. so they got my $349.00 , and I got a broken tv. one thing the frist person asked was for picture of tv and boxes there was only 1 boxes. so did they not pack it right.
