Accepted offer, was paid immediately,no delivery contacted seller who had 2 story lines 1.item posted lost? 2.Forgot to post ? Unclear which is true. Then refunds me,before relisting item at higher price than sale price,and has cheek to ask if I would like to buy !!!! This item was purchased for a heavily Autistic child who likes the ‘smiley men, they are VERY disappointed and they don’t understand people don’t always do what they say.

? Sold tie for £3 on offer and then relisted at normal original price when you complained and didn't want. Think the length, manipulation and extremeness of your review of £3 tie explains you as a buyer better than i could
