The seller is dishonest: the mug had a defective rim, which was not shown in photos. First, she said the manufacturer was responsible for the defect. Then, she said she could not see the defect. I requested a $5 discount, which would have made me happy, but she insisted I go through the trouble of returning the item. I had thrown out the packaging and had no time to buy a box, repack and ship the item back.

She wanted her entire purchase price back without returning the item. I would have paid the return shipping. Tried to make her happy....
