    Highly Recommended!

    I use Now products for various things, and normally the 100mg, which works like magic -- I'm talking comatose for sleep. I don't wake up groggy, and not one negative side affect in the 15 years (+/-) I've been taking it. I'm curious to try the 50mg and see how it does.
