The item did not turn up as stated, I messaged the supplier and they told me to go to the collection point but there was no delivery for me or any reference to pick it up, I then messaged the supplier again and asked for a refund and they said they would send another which didnt turn up either, I have again asked for a refund and await thier reply, I have now sourced the item elsewhere.

The buyer chose to have this delivered to an eBay collection point and it was delivered to there but could not be found. We sent a replacement via next day delivery which was refused upon delivery with no reason provided. We immediately refunded the buyer after we found out that happened.

Arrived fast by courier. product comes in a long box. it was a nice strong box which can be used to store the item. The product is exactly as described and very high quality. Really looking forward to using it. I bought a Nilfisk quick release adapter which threads straight into the gun to allow me to use my Nilfisk Pressure washer. Note this product also comes with a thread on quick release to allow you to use quick release spray nozzles. Perfect! Thank you:-)
