A good one.
If you're taking D3 this is a must , it has no fillers or buffers, one of the purer k7 i could find. It is pricey if taking on a long term basis but the quality is good , I would recommend this product for its pureness.

I take this to help with absorption of Vitamin D3 and enhance the benefits. As with all supplements, it's impossible to know how well it works. Weigh the evidence and make up your own mind. Since taking this I tolerate Vitamin D3 much better.
