Take mainly for tendon and ligament health. As part of a range of nutritional and healthy living measures, post gym pain less intrusive and where has that urge to groan gone which was my everyday experience when getting up from the sofa!? Looking good. Pretty good value if you consider one or 2 tabs daily sufficient. However for skin improvement, recommended 6 tabs will run out in 42 days. Myself and husband have been taking these for years. Only take 2 a day now. Cut back to one and both our arthritis became worse. Also my nails started splitting. Wish we hadn’t done it as having to build up again. You need to have patience they will work in the end. Thought we were saving money. Worth the money you pay for them.
