The item arrived late and damaged (see photos). Unsurprising really, as the parcel was poorly packaged in a plastic envelope with no internal protection (not even bubble wrap). The seller did accept my return request but then insisted I send a photo of a postage receipt even though he supplied a 2nd class Royal Mail label with no QR code. Naturally, the Post Office couldn't issue a receipt. After much back and forth, the seller issued a refund. Poor experience, the seller needs to do better.
