The item arrived late and damaged (see photos). Unsurprising really, as the parcel was poorly packaged in a plastic envelope with no internal protection (not even bubble wrap). The seller did accept my return request but then insisted I send a photo of a postage receipt even though he supplied a 2nd class Royal Mail label with no QR code. Naturally, the Post Office couldn't issue a receipt. After much back and forth, the seller issued a refund. Poor experience, the seller needs to do better.

    Doesn't wash out of light hair!

    Stunning colours and goes in well. However when I used the bright pink ony very bling daughter for a school event, it didn't come out. We are almost 4 weeks out from application and she still has a very very hot pink streak in her hair. It looks awesome but she's 6 so not really ideal. In conclusion, it's brilliant! just use with caution if you are looking for something temporary.

    Colours did not stay bright

    I bought this for my daughter. I followed all the instructions to apply the hair chalk. The product made her hair very dry and matted, so it was difficult to brush. When I finally managed to get the brush through it, most of the colours had faded to nothing. My 2 stars are because my daughter liked it as she could still see bits of pink, but she is only 5 and quite easily impressed!

    fancied a change

    Got these because I wanted a few streaks in my hair but didn't wanna dye it in case I didnt like. This is great. It fades a bit every day and vanishes or you can wash it off. I got another 2 for my grand daughters as well

    Good. Not amazing.

    As my daughter has dark hair I had to use the white first and then colour on top. Would have been useful to have several whites in the box. Colour is ok. Not too bright. Didn’t stain clothes, bedding etc.
