Sharp. Well designed - one doesn't have to open them too wide. Quality french steel. Lightweight
Just the job; simple, and can fit in narrow spaces in an overgrown shrub. Don't let junior members of staff spoil them by twisting and cutting roots under the soil - they can use car boot sale versions. Having bought a few Bahco products in the past I am trusting that the quality of steel won't need frequent sharpening; their folding saws are fantastic too. MUCH better than friskars. Such a shame that one can't rely on bristish steel any more...Just the job; simple, and can fit in narrow spaces in an overgrown shrub. A great improvement
After struggling on with the cheap old loppers I bought over 40 years ago, my pruning life has now become much easier with these new Bahco 24in ones. They are well made, sharp and easy to use. There is much to be said for the simple bypass action. Not cheap, but you get what you have paid for.
