The item arrived with black dirt marks over it. There was no mention of this in the description in the listing. Description clearly states storage and handling marks to the box, as it's been stored for over 15 years. The mug itself is pristine. It's been out of production for over a decade, and very hard to find. Only after receiving negative feedback did they respond to this matter. The item received was not the item described or shown in the picture. It was very clear that the item’s original box had been soiled with coloured splash marks all over. The item itself had black marks. It was absolutely disgusting. eBay listings should be fair & honest to Buyers about the condition of their items for sale.
