    Great grease catcher!

    I cut this to shape so I can use it in my combie oven to cook/warm up pastries etc, because of its shape the 'bottom of the cooks better, and some fat drains away. It washes well on the top shelf of the dishwasher with the points pointing UP

    Non-Stick pyramid mat.

    I ordered these as my non-stick baking trays have seen better days, They are good quality, tough and perfect si in size. Using the mats gives a slightly better all over crispness to food, and also collects any fat in the recesses of the "pyramids". The mats are easy to clean, and can be rolled for easy storage.

    Useful!

    It is definitely non-stick which is great. It is a little tricky to make it hang properly in the dishwasher but not impossible. When you take it out you need to hang it somewhere to dry which again is not a problem. All in all I am pleased with it and will probably get another one.

    Excellent for air fryer

    My air fryer is not easy to clean. I bought this silicon mat in the hope it would help avoid burnt on fat from oven chips etc. Result? Brilliant. Also optimises air flow around the item cooking. It was easy to cut down to size too. Wish I had bought one when I bought my air fryer.
