Dpd made excuses for 3 days about where my parcel was, eventually on the 3rd of April I got an e-mail to say that my parcel was left with a neighbour(untrue), customer services told me that the parcel had been left at a "Nisa" local collection point, no card to inform me, and I was told by the owner that the Dpd drivers often leave parcels with them instead of attempting delivery because it saves time!!
