    Seems like a lot of conversation, but some new stretches for hips.

    Many of the warmups and regular poses can be done from a sitting position. Very similar to those in a number of her other disks. Peggy has several "new" stretches in this series especially targeting the hips. I tried these from a chair, but it seems like they would be easier from a mat.
