This item was listed wrongly when it arrived I found it would not fit my vehicle. I contacted the seller about returning it and received a refund for the cost of the item, I paid for shipping both ways but was not refunded for that. Contacted seller about the shipping costs and was fobbed off with an explanation of these are made by somebody else,a link to the suppliers website and a lame excuse.
It's quite apparent that once they have your money they really do not care to put things right

Hi, you have purchased a RHD clutch hose (from a RHD country) and tried to fit it to a LHD car. We are happy to accept it back for a refund as long as its still AS NEW & UNUSED. As the error was deemed your fault by eBay they say the return postage is paid by you. Please see our eBay returns policy and the item description where we make it clear it for RHD models.
