I’m 5ft and 2 straps are perfect for my torso I wouldn’t recommend 3 belts unless over 5’5 or the bones might stab your thighs when seated/exercising. It’s Super easy to put on and fully supportive, bones flex great for deep arch backs already creased mine & a hook at the top of the zipper helped. The razor back is a game changer. Buying more totally recommend
