It was packaged very well. Seller was very quick in response and communication. After we determined it was beyond repair the seller immediately refunded full amount + the shipping cost. I have to say the seller truly handled this with immediate action, and integrity. I will definitely look to them for future purchases. Only detraction was that the Postal service took the package on a grand tour of ND, visiting the same postal facility twice before eventually arriving. Not the Sellers fault, but the package certainly took a wild ride.
