Theses are fantastic they really work tried all different ones and nothing but theses are great only takeing 2 a day and already lost weight but the only bad thing i find since taking monday is that i can't seem to sleep at night but haven't stopped takeing them but might leave a a wk without takeing them or just stick to morning.
