    Only gave this 3 stars because the recipes were boring...Too many of the same types of the same recipe with a different twist here and there...I would have rated it lower, but do realize that it was written to help control and stop disease in it's tracks...Maybe there just aren't any better recipes out there for the goal of disease prevention..??

    The books arrived on time, well packaged and in good shape! The content is absolutely life-changing! I have enjoyed and been captivated by what I have read, so far, and and I implemented some of the guidelines, right away. I am already noticing some positive cognitive, physical and emotional results from doing so!
