Where do I start. Firstly not 'new'. Just sending out faulty returned items.
1. Box split on arrival, not sealed, clearly opened.
2. Aerial broken
3. Camera image blurred.
I tried adjusting the focus on settings and it made no difference.

This camera was bought in good faith of the advertisement as a new camera, but it was not at all. Judging by the photo's these were the marks on it after removing from the box. Fingerprints and even some minor scratches as you can see.
Even a 1 Gig memory card installed in this camera, proved to me that it had been used before, probably a customer return. Should of been advertised as used or or refurbished.
No comms after I contacted them of the problem not even to say sorry hence feedback

The drill was defective. I was offered a full refund, and received a return label, but then the seller asked if I wanted a replacement. I said I did and he told me to cancel the return. I cancelled the return as requested. They then sent me a replacement, but it was a different model - inferior. The seller does not respond. Imhave all the messages saved.
