Good deal on a tool you rally need to remove the locking plate
Used it today on a 91 Chevy truck that needed the ignition cylinder replaced. Worked fine. Only complaint is there are 2 pieces that screw onto the steering shaft. This truck is metric, I think 14mm. I guessed the gold colored one would fit and it did. I assume the silver one is SAE. There's no markings on them regarding their thread size and no documentation on the packaging to say which is which. These parts are aluminum, so you'll need to be careful not to damage the threads.Used it today on a 91 Chevy truck that needed the ignition cylinder replaced. Worked fine.
