Always with new walking boots and shoes and if there seems to be a bit of a pressure point anywhere continuing to use the compeed at that point when wearing that particular footwear. Really works!
I was surprised that this product actually works, but it does! It's essential when breaking in new shoes, trainers, etc. Use it on heels, on any bony protrusions and anywhere that you know you've had problems in the past. It doesn't leave marks on socks/shoes and has a light, very pleasant perfume. Small and compact enough to pop in a handbag or pocket.

This has got to be the best thing ever invented. Just rub it on your toes which isn't greasy, and no more blisters, fabulous.
