      A cure for cramp that really works.

      I have used this product for several years now and for me it really works. I've suffered with cramp for all my adult life - either night cramps or as a result of riding my old motorcycles for too long (like all day!) and apart from the time when I was put on a course of Quinine by my doctor, these tablets have been by far the best remedy I've used. I would certainly recommend them to any fellow sufferers!

      Good Night Cramp Relief

      I find that taking Hylands Leg Cramps PM tablets an hour or so before going to bed helps to keep leg cramps at bay on most nights. These tablets are quite small in size and dissolve in the mouth making them very easy to take for people who have difficulty in swallowing tablets. On the downside I have notice that the current price for 50 tablets has risen by nearly £2 since Brexit so the cost per tablet now works out at 32p (64p per day for the recommended dose).

      brilliant the first signes of cramp in my feet or legs i take 3 tablets and in a few minits it has gone i donte know how they work but they do i wouldnt be without them
