    1948 Tucker 1/18 diecast

This model is okay. The price was okay too. I bought it mostly out of curiosity for the features of the body design and the odd looks. This car was a real improved car compared to the cars of the time. It failed primarily due to lies circulated from the beginning and the Tucker company was unable to resurrect the car from it's ashes. Truly a great loss to the automotive industry. This model is there on my shelves with my Ferrari's and Lambo's. It looks a little awkward from different angles but it was a really different car from the start. I feel bad that the car was killed off before people could embrace the many new features. The model is large and hefty. • Liked "Torpedo" so much I Purchased three: Burgandy, Blue, & Gold

I actually purchased three of them at about the same time. Tucker was incredible; a man willing to follow his dreams in the true American spirit; willing to take chances, and follow through with his commitment to bring about change. His "1948 Torpedo" called out to me, and I would imagine many others across this nation for that reason, and the fact it is one of most incredibly constructed die cast vehicles I have ever purchased. The bargain price was a steal!

  • Tucker Model Car

Only 51 Tuckers were made and when I was young I saw one in traffic back in the '50s. I always admired it . I purchased the model to reminisce my memory.

  • 1948 Burgundy Tucker Tornado

I seen a Tucker tornado when I was a little child. It Was nice to see a friend of mines Tucker. I went to the collector web site and read all about the and went on line and ordered mine. It was packaged in bubble rap and in the box. Was not a blemish on it. I am happy to have one in my collection.
