Have used this hand lotion for some time but couldn't find it in any of my High Street stores so was pleased to see it on EBay, though it was in a different bottle to the one I am familiar with and pictured. I think Sanctuary must have changed the packaging. It arrived ahead of predicted time. No direct communication with seller but a good experience.

Received a completely different hair colour to what I ordered. Why advertise hair colours you haven’t got 🤷♀️ 😡 Waste of time and money….product is completely useless to me. It’s not right to palm people off with a product they never ordered and paid for just because you can’t deliver product they did…..if you haven’t got it DON’T ADVERTISE IT 😡. Won’t ever be using this seller again.
