Great Product
This is a great product. Helps with bowel movements and I also to promote healthy gut bacteria. It dissolves well in cold water, unlike another very similar product that I have used and is fairly tasteless so I much prefer this one. Fully recommended and will continue to purchase.

I have been using this product for months now, it so easy to use, just sprinkle on food or it dissolves well in juice, tea, water or soup. No lumps and taste of food is unaffected. Really helped to encourage the growth of good bacteria in gut, in addition the fibre keeps me regular. I would say good value for money.
