I'm leaving neutral due to customer service, not the product. I messaged the seller twice to ask if they had any promotions/discounts coming up as i'm on a tight budget. Seller did not reply back to my 2 messages. I felt really hurt and ignored. I ended up buying a scarf from them out of desperation for the colour they had and it got posted out to me. They do the service but not the communication. I won't buy from this seller again and the same quality scarf is cheaper elsewhere on ebay.
