Personal, suspenseful, and surprisingly open. . . . Onward is essential reading. . . . Schultz comes across in these pages as a genuinely, even disarmingly, nice guy . . . you find yourself cheering him on."       -- Fortune, "Stephen Bowlby's blunt, hard-driving narration is well matched to Schultz's direct account. Bowlby portrays Schultz's passion for the soul of Starbucks: unwavering commitment to the customer's coffee experience. He excels at voicing Schultz's confidence and occasional insensitivity to subordinates. This work should be inspirational for managers who seek to anchor daily decisions with guiding principles."        - AudioFile  , Stephen Bowlbys blunt, hard-driving narration is well matched to Schultzs direct account. Although well wrapped, one of the glasses was broken. When I told the vendor, she immediately said, "I'll send another." And it arrived safe and in great condition (I guess the careless delivery people didn't get a hold of this package -- the way the first one was wrapped, only careless handling would have broken it. This is a vendor we will visit again.

The seller noticed prior to shipping that the item’s condition was slightly worse than advertised (the case was slightly scuffed but the disc itself was in great shape), and issued a full refund without me even asking - MUCH appreciated! The item arrived on time and was packaged with great care. Would definitely buy from this seller again!
