I contacted the seller and was told, 'would you like to keep the item' to which I said 'yes' and that was it. I guess in ths sellers eyes even though I hadn't recieved what I ordered it was closed. I'm not going to do it. I find this happens more frequently; the threat of negative feedback leads to getting something for nothing. This about 2 missing start leads in a box of about 20 various cables.
