This blade is great if what you are looking for is a cheaper budget version of the branded blade. However it is a lot blunter than the original branded one and therefore does not cut the grass like I would expect for a new blade. It may well be false economy to purchase a cheap blade as I have only used it over one summer and now need a replacement blade again as this one just rips the grass rather than cutting it. I was also very surprised to find that the blade did not come packaged therefore I would be unable to say if it truly was a new blade as described although it looked clean enough as if new. Improves the cut but vibrates
After removing the old Qualcast blade that was badly chipped and corroded (using block of wood and a good spanner/socket- see YouTube if not sure), this new blade seems to give a better cut leaving the grass less ragged looking. But it is not perfectly balanced so the mower now vibrates in use- not good.
