Bought ESR2391S 300tdi exhaust. Hanger loose in box (poor weld as you can see in the pictures it hadn't even penetrated the metal) and large dent in muffler (underneath undamaged wrapping proving sent damage). Had to have the hanger re-welded. Was expected to cancel my garage appointment and wait for this company to middleman a return and dropship a replacement as they don't hold the stock apparently. £7 refund given which is pretty poor and doesn't cover what it cost to get the hanger repaired.

We offered you replacement Exhaust, which you declined. I think your issue here is with the garage and not us. We gave you a 10% refund as a good will gesture, as it had been welded and fitted.
