In this Stephen King story, which aired as television miniseries in three two-hour parts, Dr. Joyce Reardon (Nancy Travis) is a professor at the University of Washingtonn in Seattle who is determined to prove that supernatural occurrences are real. Using six specialists, each of whom possess a different form of psychic ability, the scientist leads her group into Rose Red, a haunted mansion that has grown in size since it was built in 1907. From there, the film because a wonderfully delirious ghost story, using the bizarre settings contained within the gigantic house to procure constant new surprises.

    Bone-chilling thriller with great effects

    Stephen King delivers another wonderfully scary tale of murder and madness! This is King's story written for the television mini-series. Frightening and mysterious. Get your popcorn, turn down the lights and enjoy a good scare. I chose to purchase a good VHS copy, as the price was so much more affordable than the DVD. Be sure you get one that will work in your area of the world. Mine was made for use in the USA and Canada. I recommend this film to anyone who likes quality thrillers.

    Enter Rose Red At Your Own Risk!

    This is a great film based on Stephen Kings Novel Rose Red. It is a creepy tale about a haunted house that holds many secrets. I loved the plot and the actors were great. This is a replacement copy of my other VHS tape, wish I could have gotten the DVD, but it's too pricey. They shipping was great and it arrived in no time.
