The article arrived as shown in the photographs. The parcelforce man was concerned and took several photographs as have l. I can't believe the box was not even sealed down with tape! The steamer is incredibly flimsy and fragile. I have tested it and it works, but l don't expect it to last very long. I will keep it as it's the right size for me, but l wouldn't recommend it.

Dont waste money
This product is rubbish. I used it for the first time on Christmas day and all was ok. I have tried to use it twice since and it doesnt steam the food.
