For some reason this roller gave me acne. I decided to replace my previous derma roller that was 0.25 and had used for a long while with no issues. However this rolle arrived looking not new or dirty....I had to soak it in alcohol and clean the roller because it had fluff and stuff in it. Also it didn't look any different from my 0.25 mm roller. Either way I've now bought a more expensive one from another seller as I don't want to risk another reaction. You get what you pay for.
