Perfect for rats
I think I bought 10cm one and the material is very strong and flexible. Imagine a straw with the extender in the middle; but 100x stronger. It made it very manageable to bend into the shape I desired to develop a tunnel going from 1 floor to another floor. And it's very advantageous and beneficial to have a big radius from minimum to maximum length.

Perfect for ferrets !
These are strong sturdy tubes great for indoor and outdoor use. My 7 ferrets love them, and when they go outside they have a few of these zip tied to the sides in their ferret nation cage and chicken coop to play in. Great bargain too!

Great for my rats!
It really is a huge heavy duty version of the bendy joint from a plastic straw like others described. It's easy to stretch out, keeps its shape well and the ridges create good climbing surface for my rats to really get almost completely vertical! I used extra large (~30cm) cable ties to secure it to the sides of the cage and again the ridges are perfect for it to not slip within the ties so it's very secure. Trixie extendable play tunnels
I bought these for my degus as i know they love tunnels ect. They're excellent for them to dash in and out as they play, they love to sleep in them as well and with them being extendable it can be made to fit the space. Would definitely buy them again

My ferrets absolutely love these, they are also great as they are washable so will last well. I do think they are a bit expensive for what it is but they love them so much it makes up for that.
